Please note: We have a non-smoking policy in the Guesthouse and Self Catering Unit.

To book in advance we hope the following guidelines will help and we guarantee the prices will not exceed the ones quoted below:

Guesthouse Prices - (Bed & Breakfast - per person per night)

Bedroom 1 Master	April	October	£40.00 to £50.00 per night
Bedroom 1 Master	November	March	£40.00 to £45.00 per night

Bedroom 2 Double	April	October	£40.00 per night
Bedroom 2 Double	November	March	£30.00 to £40.00 per night

Bedroom 3 Twin or Double	April	October	£40.00 per night
Bedroom 3 Twin or Double	November	March	£30.00 to £40.00 per night

From April to October we charge £10.00 supplement per day extra for a single person occupying a double room.

Three course evening meal with coffee and shortbread £15.00 per person.

'Seagulls Nest' - Self Catering Unit Prices - per week
(During the season weeks commence on Saturday)

October	May	£230.00 to £310.00 per wk
June	September	£350.00 per wk
Xmas & New Year		£400.00 per wk

From mid November to the end of March the Unit can be let for shorter periods. Minimum stay - 2 days.

November	end of March	3 or 4 days	£45.00 per day
November	end of March	5 or 6 days	£40.00 per day

Stays over two weeks during the low season - price by negotiation.

In low season special rates can be negotiated for extended stays in both the guesthouse and self catering accommodation.
