
Dinner Menus
Meal Times - Breakfast is served from 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m.
Dinner is served at 6.00 p.m. and must be booked 24 hours in advance
(We are licenced to offer wines, beers and spirits to our guests.)

We serve a set three course evening meal, which normally consists of a homemade soup, followed by a main course served with seasonal vegetables and one of Freddie's delicious sweets.
As a qualified chef, Freddie will be putting a great deal of time and effort into producing good quality food at reasonable prices. The menus will include traditional Scottish fare and continental dishes. Where possible, we will using fresh local ingredients. Indeed, some of the produce we will use will be grown by ourselves and we will have fresh eggs from our own hens.

- Roast Beef & Yorkshire Pudding.
- Roast Leg of Lamb with mint sauce.
- Roast Duck with orange sauce.
- Chicken Korma Curry
- Spaghetti Bolognese
- Lasagne
- Tuna Steaks, shallow fried with lemon juice and olive oil.
- Grilled Salmon, served with Hollandaise sauce.

We can provide all meals including packed lunches and during the summer months we will have the occasional barbeque. Wines, beers and spirits are available to all our guests.
