From Easter to September the Seagull's Nest can only be booked weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
The 'Seagull's Nest' self catering annexe, which is open all year round, is completely separate from the Guesthouse and has its own entrance with wheelchair access. It also boasts its own parking space. All rooms are warm and comfortable making it an ideal place for winter breaks as well as summer. The entrance hall leads into an open plan lounge and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and sandwich/grill machine. The lounge comprises of dining table and 4 chairs, JAYBE sofa bed, occasional tables and lamp. We have recently added a laptop with free internet access,LCD 26" FSTV with DVD player and extensive DVD library. There is also a large selection of maps-guide books-magazines.
The bedroom has a double bed with large built in wardrobes and the bed is tastefully adorned with two solid oak bedside draw sets and matching solid oak dressing table.
There is also a flat-screen television and digital radio, mirror, alarm clock, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
The extremely spacious bathroom is elegantly tiled and comprises bath with shower, large electrically heated towel rail, wash hand basin, toilet and razor point.
The apartment was completed in January 2006 and has all new furnishings and fittings. Bed linen and towels are provided. Excellent rates from mid-November to end of March.
From Spring 2010 a JAYBE sofa bed will be added to the apartment making it suitable for small family bookings.
