'Seagulls Nest' Self Catering Unit
The 'Seagulls Nest' self catering annexe which is open all year round is completely separate from the Guesthouse and has its own entrance with wheelchair access. It has its own parking space, drying area and decked patio with table and chairs. All rooms are warm and comfortable making it an ideal place for winter breaks as well as summer. The entrance hall leads into an open plan lounge and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and sandwich/grill machine. The lounge comprises a two seater leather settee and a comfortable single chair, occasional tables and lamp, radio and CD player, TV with DVD and video, dining area and fire. We have recently added a laptop with free internet access.
The bedroom has a double bed with large built in wardrobes and shelves, two bedside cabinets and over-bed lighting, comfortable chair, flat-screen television and digital radio, mirror, alarm clock, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
The bathroom is elegantly tiled and comprises bath with shower, wash hand basin, toilet and razor point.
The apartment was completed in January 2006 and has all new furnishings and fittings.
Guests in the self catering unit have access to all our free leisure equipment which can be seen on our web page under the same heading. Bed linen and towels are provided. Excellent rates from mid-November to end of March. Please note: The self-catering unit is only suitable for two people.
